Coach Jo and Kumar ran a 5 week introductory boxing workshop for my colleagues and I. It was a great learning experience and a ton of fun, they understood our learning speed and adapted their teaching speed to each of us. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend their coaching.

It is a very warm gym; both figuratively and literally. The coaches are warm, friendly and very encouraging. Even if I did not perform my best that day, the support they give makes me more motivated to come back the next day. I also love that the coaches get to know each and everyone personally. They are able to help/cater to each individual whilst making sure we work out as a team. It really makes training so much more fun. With that said, the training sessions are also unforgiving! Be prepared to sweat it out and give it your all. You will definitely have a good workout at KOS.
With regards to it being warm... yes it can get pretty warm in there but then you'll leave the gym drenched in sweat feeling more accomplished. When I came for trial, I was prepared not to sign on more classes because there was no air con but.. well here I am 2-3 months in and still obsessed with KOS. :)
Overall, amazing coaches, great people, great workouts, good environment, and definitely a great gym for everyone and anyone interested in boxing or simply reaching your fitness goals.

The coaches don't withhold knowledge. After session they'll share every bit of advice so that you can practice on your own. It'll be easy to keep hold of knowledge and let students only learn in lesson. But due to sharing students can improve not just in class and also during their free time.
Coaches and staffs are friendly and welcoming. No egos in class too. 👍🏼🙏🏽

I’ve been patronising KOS for a bit more than 2 years now, doing personal training under Coach Krishna and Coach Kumar. It’s genuinely helped me trim the sides of my hips, keep my weight manageable and kept my energy levels high. The environment and people at KOS have kept my mental health in check too. For someone who’s not so keen on group workouts, personal training works amazing for me. I get the guidance from the coaches on how to plan my programme and how to mix it up. I asked the coaches to help me transition from KOS to working out on my own and that’s exactly what they’ve helped me do! I look forward to putting all the knowledge I’ve acquired with KOS in my own gym.
